Add properties to Forums feed

Description

The attached patch will extend the Forums tool entity broker feeds to include the following properties on the forum and topic levels:

  • Availability restrictions - open and close dates

  • Require users to post before reading

  • Locked

  • Associated gradebook item

These properties will be available via the legacy feed as well as those introduced by the Project Keitai work:
/direct/topic/site/{siteId}.json
/direct/forums/site/{siteId}.json
/direct/forums/site/{siteId}/forum/{forumId}.json
/direct/forums/site/{siteId}/forum/{forumId}/topic/{topicId}.json
