Drag & Drop should not unzip files automatically

Description

We have done some load tests in Drag & Drop feature and they have been really fine except some big zip files that, while being decompressed, have slowed some minutes other concurrent uploads.

Besides this issue, dropped folders may include zip files which maybe users do not want to unzip. And the unzip choice is in Options for users who demand it after the upload.

We think that decompressing zip files in Drag & Drop should be managed by a new property.

would it be a correct assumption that the Property flag on this ticket should be "No"? The original idea of having a separate property was changed.
