Users have direct access to the Resources' soft delete area via the 'Trash' button when in the root folder of any site. However, this button--along with the 'Permissions', 'Options', and 'Check Quota' buttons--disappear when in sub-folders.

The users should have direct access to soft delete from sub-folders without traversing back up to the root folder. One idea is to leave the top row of buttons for all folders. We may wish to hide the 'Permissions', 'Options', and 'Check Quota' from the list in these cases because the user may imply they are setting permissions for only the sub-folder.
