content entity provider enhancement

Description

direct returns an unsorted list of documents only, actual folders can only be divined by extracting the path to these documents
(TODO: need a hierarchical representation of a site’s resources (folder and documents), with documents sorted as in the normal UI)

Remaining /direct issues
-------------------------------

  • flag hidden folders if user can see them

  • omit hidden folders if user cannot see them

  • reproduce sort order of the tool

Am pretty sure it is in trunk as well - maybe merged in under a different JIRA? Anyways - it is in sakai nightly.

This code is only in a branch, correct? Do you plan for it to go into trunk?

Tested on three.deluxe. Entity provider is now supplying data for the new folder navigator interface and hierarchical view of the trash (soft-delete)
