Tutorial tool isn't working correctly - red X on logout button

Description

When one first logs on, the Logout button has a red x in the upper right hand corner. Click anywhere and it disappears. Just looks a bit funky.

Haven't seen this problem in a while, testing on Trunk and Longsight QA server.
