User Membership's search field erases previous user search terms on click

Description

When using the User Membership tool in the Admin Workspace, if you search for a user and then click in the search field again to adjust your search terms, it erases the search terms from the field.

There is an onclick that isn't clearing the default search field label text properly. There is also an onfocus that is working properly.

The onclick should be removed, has I have done in the attached patch.
