Simplified Chinese translation for Sakai 2.9.3

Description

Fudan University has translated Sakai 2.9.3 to Simplified Chinese except entitybroker and osp.
Now, we decide to contribute our work to the community.
Some sub-issues will be created to these translations, one issue for each tool.

Also to make the translation file more friendly, each issue will contain 2 properties files and 1 diff file.
The first properties file will contain all translation, and organized as close to the original file in 2.9.3 as possible.
The second properties file contains the same translation as the first one, and ordered as the default properties file, comments included. This file will more clear to the new translator. So please commit the ordered properties files if possible.
The diff file contains the difference between the first properties file and the original properties file.

Getting to you through mail.

Hi J-F,

I would be very glad to contribute the zh_CN translation on the long run. Also I'm in charge of our repository (previous SVN, now Mercurial), I think I can handle the commits.

What's the relationship between the crowdin.net and Sakai? Is that the future translation mode of Sakai CLE?
What's the version of crowdin.net use?

Sorry for so many questions.

About helping translators, I've found https://crowdin.net/project/sakai-cle quite useful. Would you like the updates recently done in trunk to be shown there?

Hi Jun,

It would be great if you had someone skilled in svn in your team to handle the translation updates on the long run. We would them grant him the rights to do so and you would be able to do the updates the way you need.

Committing the files again will be time consuming, so I'm refraining myself to do this on my community time if I see other things that seem more important to me. I'm afraid I can't run out of i18n issues right now.

Thank you

Hi, J-F
In my opinion, to use this patches, apply the diff and commit first. And then commit the ordered version.
The first commit help other translators know what have been changed.
The second commit help other translators (including me) to handle properties better in the future.
Since I updated the properties file with the ordered version in my local revision, please use the commit the ordered version.
This will help me a lot to continue contribute the translation.
Thank you.
