(Regression) "My Workspace" name at top of each tool in Home is not translated to user language

Description

In 2.9 "My Workspace" in top of each tool was translated to the local name of "my Workspace" (e.g. in spanish it said "Mi Sitio") But now in trunk, returns to show it only in Server language.

Alexandre has provided the fix and I've merged it. It would be better to have someone else that the two of us testing it.

Hi J-F, that is a puzzling comment for this issue. Sounds more like a comment I would make on a property default setting being changed. Well, let's see if we can get this issue tested and not worry about my comment. Thanks!
