Request to have ability to see users profile pictures appear in standard Forums tool in a way similar to that in JForums,

Instead of a special upload in the forums tool, the picture should be pulled from Profile(2).

There should be a permissions 1) for users to show or not show the pictures when viewing (partly for accessibility reasons) and 2) a permission on a per forum basis for the instructor and/or forum moderator to include or exclude pictures,
