Msgcntr assumes that profile2 is installed

Description

Msgcntr 3 checks to see if it should show links to profile2 information. This check defaults to true. This should default to false since profile2 is not yet a default project in a released version of Sakai.

This issue should be resolved by MSGCNTR-584. The new feature that displays profile photos and information is turned off by default and is enabled via the following in sakai.properties:
msgcntr.forums.showProfileInfo=true
