Description

Forums displays erroneous breadcrumb trail to screen and in notifications when multiple tabs used.

For example, go to the Forums tool in the same site on 2 browser tabs. In 1st tab, create Forum A with Topic A and Forum B with Topic B. Refresh the 2nd tab to show the newly created forums and topics. In 1st tab, go to Topic A - breadcrumb will be Forums/Forum A/Topic A. In the 2nd tab, go to Topic B - breadcrumb will be Forums/Forum A/Topic B NOT Forums/Forum B/Topic B that it should be. The incorrect breadcrumb trail displayed is also used in email notifications.
