Hi everyone,
At the University of Murcia, some users have reported that they are seeing the new functionality 'Move thread' but they can't use it. (i.e. students can see the link but can't use it. We believe that in that case, the link should not appear to those users)
After some research, we've found out that the "Move Thread" link is always shown. Taking a look at the permissions requirements described in "msgcntr-241_spec.pdf", it says that it should depend on the "Edit Postings" permission. It does not seem to behave that way, any idea?

I created a new jira for adding the mysql ddl. I don't have time at the moment to do it myself, so if someone wants to supply that I would be very grateful!

Site owners sometimes need to be able to move threads into different topics (for example to move a discussion that is off-topic for a particular topic or forum into a more appropriate topic or forum).
