Mysql Error

Hello, this is my first contact with JIRA, so im sorry if im

A spam of database errors , causing Sakai to crash. Im not sure if this is caused by sakai application itself or some missconfigured database.

Here is the error log, causing the crash:

I would apreciate any help, as we are running a production Sakai for PUC university in brazil, we have around 500.000 users depending of it.

Welcome to the community. First off please sign up to sakai-dev and post this there. You will get better support for this type of production problem and is the correct place to do this, http://collab.sakaiproject.org/mailman/listinfo/sakai-dev

All the error log shows is a problem with your database and that Sakai was unable to write data to the database ...
