Site Notification Email - Confusing Instructions

While testing SAK-22390 on [1] using Firefox 19.0.2, I found problems when I tried to add a non-official user to a project site.

The body of the email sent to a user that is added to a site using Site Info/Add Participants is poorly formatted, confusing and gives the instructions completely out of order.
Steps two and three should be reversed.
Or, step two could simply be removed.
The body of the email message is shown below and attached (email_notification_problems22-03-13.jpg):

You have been added to the following sakai/trunk on Oracle site:
site_name
by user_name.
Once you have your guest account, you can log in to sakai/trunk on Oracle:
1. Open sakai/trunk on Oracle: http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8082
2. Click the Login button.
3. Type your guest account login and password, and click Login.
4. Click on the site tab to go to the site. (You will see two or more tabs in a row across the upper part of the screen.)
