Description
Trying to add a Twitter RSS feed using the News tool in Sakai, an error message appeared:
“Alert: This news service is not available at the moment. Please check back later: : [Unable to obtain news feed from https://api.twitter.com/1/statuses/user_timeline.rss?screen_name=oxfordweblearn]”
It seems that Sakai does not like the https certificate provided by Twitter. The error message could be more helpful.

Are you setting a custom keystore? If yes, you need to make sure your custom keystore has the common roots.

This could also be a documentary issue. The need to explain how to install the twtter root cert in the Java keystore or some such.
