Reopening for Samigo. It looks like there were a lot of missed conversion for the Utils in AssessmentEntityProducer.java

You need to remove this function:

private String replaceAllRefs(String msgBody, Set<Entry<String, String>> entrySet)

and replace all calls to it with

org.sakaiproject.util.cover.LinkMigrationHelper.migrateAllLinks
