In the list view for a citation list, if you check the checkboxes for one or more citations and select "remove selected" in the menu at the bottom of the page, there is a pause and then the citation list closes, returning you to the list view of resources, and the selected citations are not removed.

If I recall correctly, clicking "remove selected" should take you to a confirmation page, which allows you to complete the deletions or cancel.

The "remove" links under the individual citations work as expected, allowing you to delete citations one at a time as a workaround.
