The file "config/configuration/bundles/src/bundle/org/sakaiproject/config/bundle/default.sakai.properties" has the bottom.copyrighttxt as "=Copyright 2003-2011 The Sakai Foundation. All rights reserved. Portions ...". It should read "=Copyright 2003-2012 The Sakai Foundation. All rights reserved. Portions ..."
I suspect by the time this is actually fixed. It should read 2013.
