Basque translation of Sakai trunk

Description

After building and donating basque translation of Sakai 2.7, at SAK-15018, Public University of Navarra is currently working in the translation to basque of Sakai trunk. We have in mind backporting it later to Sakai 2.9.0 which we will start to use next february.

This JIRA is planned to be an Umbrella ticket where we will upload the different tools translation patches, which Miguel Carro (Samoo) will test and commit to trunk.

It seems worth it.

Please test in trunk, click on "Tested" if all is fine and request a 2.9.x merge.

If you want to merge it, this patch should be valid also for 2.9, as basque properties have not been changed.
