Import from RefWorks (RIS) has problems

Description

Problems with refworks import are detailed: https://rt.oucs.ox.ac.uk/Ticket/Display.html?id=1758235 .

1. When it comes to the reference type "Book, Section" neither the
Section Title, Book Title nor Editor(s) fields have any of the original
information. Section Title is filled with "untitled" (presumably because
this is a default field) and the Book Title and Editor(s) fields are
empty. The reading list tool does however recognise that these
references are supposed to be Type: "Book, Section".

2. The call number field in WebLearn carries the reference type
from Refworks, i.e. "Book, Whole", or "Book, Section". The call number
field in Refworks appears in a notes field in WebLearn (which
incidentally is a useful issue since notes show as default in 'title
view').

This has been verified in the branch in two ways.

1) the RIS text was pasted into the textarea in the import page
2) the RIS text was pasted into a file and the file was uploaded through the import page

In both cases all 13 citations were imported.

Prior to the fix, the refworks export given in the first comment was imported minus entries 404, 398 and 396. No errors were noted.

The test plan would be to paste the list into a (refworks) file, then attempt to read it in. If all entries are imported then the problem has been fixed.
