Missing scroll bar in entity browser

Description

When you go to add an entity link when using Windows 7 and IE 9, I click browse server and no scroll bar appears on the left hand side for you to scroll down and see sites that should appear beyond the bottom edge of the window.

Entity Browser is a contrib tool. It is not part of core Sakai.

Where are you testing?

This modification should address your issue:
