Upgrade to Quartz 1.8.6

Description

This is the most significant revision of Quartz Enterprise Job Scheduler since the project began over a decade ago. Efforts have been made to strike a balance between preserving backward compatibility (or at least providing a fairly easy migration) and providing meaningful long-wanted changes to the API. Upgrade to 1.8.6 done, any further upgades in another ticket.

It seems like 2.1 would be a separate ticket, even if you got it in for 2.10.

Would 2.1 require everyone's quartz jobs to change? Is there a significant benefit to us right now of going to 2.1?

I was going to go to go to 2.1 and 1.8.6 was just a simple cleanup which didn't require much in the way of changes, that was why I hadn't resolved this one.

Is this work completed? This ticket should be marked as resolved.
Also since a groupId change is required in the dependency this should be mentioned on the sakai-dev list so contrib developers can know to update their tools. We really need to collect these changes and the spring/hibernate ones to save a lot of time in conversion. Perhaps even provide a profile suggestion.
This conversion script also needs to be committed to the 2.10 conversions. I just did this part.
