This sounds like a bug in your custom import/intergration rather than a bug in Sakai - please raise this on Sakai-dev mailing list for assistance http://collab.sakaiproject.org/mailman/listinfo

After running the Full Snap shot extraction from peoplesoft, persons, memebership, classes are imported in SAKAI but the sites are not attached with the instructor. Independently, the users exist and the classes also exist.. but the sites donot have the person assigned to them.
There is custom implementation done for the snapshot thing and there is no error in between import. What needs to be checked ?
