Matrices: Scaffolding misspelled when matrix has been published and change is made

Description

Once a matrix has been published and changes are made to it after being published, the 'Save Scaffolding' page displays with a misspelling.

To reproduce:
Publish matrix that has reviewers/evaluators listed on main page
Click Edit beside the matrix
Click in a cell to edit it
Check the boxes to use default reviewers and default evaluators
Click Save Changes
'Save Scaffolding' page is displayed with misspelling
