Unable to install Sakai 2.7 on DB2v9.1

I followed the steps given by you as in "http://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/~jbush/Using+DB2+as+a+database+for+Sakai" but we have not yet restarted DB2. I also saw a note on the changes you have made in EmailTemplate.hbm.xml and DB2Dialect9.java, but we have not yet taken it from the repository.
Meanwhile we tried to run the sakai 2.7.1, we are seeing errors in the logs related to access privileges and some table creation scripts are not present etc.
As requested I am attaching the tables that were created (QPACE_Tables.txt). I am also attaching the new log.

Are any tables creating created ? If so would it be possible to attach a list of the table names that are successfully created.

We downloaded the sakai war 2.7.1 from internet and deployed it on tomcat 5.5.30, however the server is not starting up because of some DB2 errors as seen in the catalina.out(attachment). We have altered sakai.properties in order to get connected to DB2(attached)
