Duplicates of strings with variable part or strings merged in java code instead of using getFormattedMessage()

Description

See http://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/I18N/Best+Practices+for+Internationalized+Tools+in+Sakai#BestPracticesforInternationalizedToolsinSakai-Structuremessagesappropriately for basic information about getFormattedMessage().

alias.list.show5 = show 5 items...
alias.list.show10 = show 10 items...
alias.list.show20 = show 20 items...
alias.list.show50 = show 50 items...
alias.list.show100 = show 100 items...
alias.list.show200 = show 200 items....
could use a formatted message with a variable part.

Other strings that should not be merged in Java code, but should use getFormattedMessage():
alias.list.youare = You are viewing
alias.list.of = of
alias.list.results = results.

alias.alias = Alias
alias.notfound = not found

I've rebuilt the translations for alias.list.show* keys into the alias.list.show key and the translations for keys alias.list.youare, alias.list.of and alias.list.results into key alias.list.youare.

I'm afraid I don't know Arabic (ar), Català (ca), Español (es), Euskara (eu), Japanese (ja), Nederlands (nl), Português (pt_BR, pt_PT), Russian (ru), Svenska (sv) and Chinese (Taiwan, zh_TW) enough to rebuild the following keys:
alias.invalid
alias.notfound
alias.notpermis
alias.notpermis1
alias.notpermis2
alias.use

I've asked the contacts for those in https://source.sakaiproject.org/viewsvn/reference/trunk/docs/readme_i18n.txt?view=markup for an update.

I've asked Beth to add the Basque translation information in https://source.sakaiproject.org/viewsvn/reference/trunk/docs/readme_i18n.txt?view=markup

I've asked Beth what we should to with the translations with no contacts: Korean and Chinese (zh_CN)

I can fix this and then close the issue for a 2.7 merge, but would not like it to be done the other way around.

Beth announced on March 15th the strings were frozen. These changes are contrary to this announcement. We should either fix this in the 2.7 QA process or contact translators so they could update their translations.

I think this issue should be closed and a new Jira should be opened regarding the need to update localization files that links to this (formerly) closed Jira. Same is true for the other i18n jiras recently closed but then reopened because localization files have yet to be updated.

Localization files have to be updated like admin.properties has been.
