The specific request from the customer (not from me) was to be able to reorder the announcements in the synoptic tool into ascending rather than descending order. Regardless of what useful purpose that would serve, we did, indeed, have someone ask how to do it.

Mike, can you please expand on the request? What sort of re-ordering are you looking for? Do you want to show them in ascending order? Do you want to choose the order manually? What's the rationale for the re-ordering? Is there a use-case you can cite here? Thanks.
