Verbose logging from the gradebook

Description

Reading through the logs, there seems to be excessive logging from the gradebook tool. After the last change I am still seeing this in the logs.

ERROR: Calling calculateStatistics in Category for letter grade type gradebook. (2009-02-04 15:34:26,197 TP-Processor22_org.sakaiproject.tool.gradebook.Category)

We discusses this and Chen indicated this should be at the debug level, not printed out to logs.
