Unable to add participants who share emails

Description

If a internal Sakai user and a provided user share an email address you can only add the internal sakai user by email address as SiteAction ignores any other users.

As I can tell from the screenshots, you were trying to add only one participant right? Sakai then found three usernames all with that email address, and generate the error message.

I don't know why the "add participants" input box should be populated with all those three matched record. They are there just for reminding, though.

We are receiving the message notifying us of multiple accounts but on the first try the add participants input box is not populated with the rest of the user id's that match that email address. Please see screen shots.

Fixed in r58212.

If multiple users match the entry via eid or email address, eids of all those users would be inserted into the input area, so that instructor could pick from those users to add into site.

In my test I have an internal user with the email address matthew.buckett@oucs.ox.ac.uk and one from the UserDirectoryProvider with the address matthew.buckett@oucs.ox.ac.uk.
When I enter matthew.buckett@oucs.ox.ac.uk in the official user box the user from the internal store is found rather than the UDP one.
