Unable to render news from Times Higher Education Supplement (THES)

Description

When using: http://www.timeshighereducation.co.uk/rss.asp?navcode=111 an error page is returned. I have checked in other renderers and the link is correct and works OK.

This could be related to the same problem as SAK-10159 ??

Verified that http://www.timeshighereducation.co.uk/rss.asp?navcode=111 is working on qa1-nl.sakaiproject running 2.7 b7
Feel free to reopen if issue re-emerges.

Yeah doesn't like the XML.

Isn't a valid feed, but we should be reasonably lax about what we accept.

Could be same problem as inability to render Google news
