year limit in Assignment tool

"Adding due dates in assignments gives 2007 as last year in the date picker. How do I add additional years? Tried adding dates to CM_ACADEMIC_SESSION_T, but that had no effect.

We're using 2.4.1.

This is not a problem in post-2-4. That's why I didn't merge anything there.

fix has been checked into 2-3-x branch in r39735.

People who's using 2.4.0 and 2.4.1 should be able to merge in this change as well.

This is not a problem in current Assignment code. So I just attach a patch here, which would extend the year range to 2012. By then, better date picker should be in place.

Please apply the patch to your 2.4.0 or 2.4.1 code.
