Possible problems with sakai 2.4->2.5 mysql conversion script

I'm not sure where you are getting these two errors. I did another fresh install of 2.4.0 and ran the conversion script and only got that one error:

Can't create table './sakai/#sql-71_f.frm' (errno: 150)

going from 2.4.0 to 2.5.0 Beta 2, I'm still seeing:
ERROR 1062 (23000) at line 37: Duplicate entry 'site.upd.site.mbrship' for key 2
ERROR 1048 (23000) at line 650: Column 'REALM_KEY' cannot be null
ERROR 1048 (23000) at line 651: Column 'REALM_KEY' cannot be null
I suppose this could be something specific with my data, if no one else is seeing it. Has anyone else gotten these errors?

Conversion worked without this errors on tag 13. Verifying bug fix and closing...

Changing fix version to 2.5.0.013 as these JIRA are included in the latest tag

Marking as resolved as it looks like the gb errors bryan was seeing are specific to his instance.
On upgrading the qa1-uk db from 2.4 to 2.5 I have to force through the conversion script. I have attached a file containing the errors. Most if not all, are down to the fact that whatever the conversion script is trying to create, that thing is already there, so may be safe to ignore, but I thought it best to check.
