The error message was downgraded to a warning, as data is now being stored in a BLOB. But this is verified and can be closed.

Fixed,
I have kept the SQL as simple as possible, but there may be some tweaks required on Oracle.

Sakai can startup with the database in a non UTF-8 mode,
If the Entities are to be stored in CLOBS or we to avoid corruption of other UTF-8 data this cannot be allowed to happen. The startup should fail with an big error message.
