When going through Worksite Setup, user can set up a site by selecting a course(s)/section(s) belonging to user (path #1) or clicking on 'Add a course(s) and/or section(s) not listed above...' link and selecting from drop-down menus (path #2).

Via path #1, if section already has a site associated with it, then user sees 'Site already exists, select anyway?' link next to section. However, via path #2 where user selects section via drop-down menus, there's no way to tell if a section is associated with a site. Path #2 should behave the same as path #1 in terms of alerting user if a section is already associated with a site and provide option to create another site anyway.
