Section Info leaves behind unused Realms

Description

Calling SiteService.save(a_site) against a site with Sections results in extra, orphaned Realms

check the # of site/XXX/groups

give it a shot -

a_site.getPropertiesEdit();
e.addProperty("good_dog", "arf");
SiteService.save(a_site);

check the # of site/XXX/groups again

This appears to still be a real issue
