Description
Since SAK-2132, two new permissions have been introduced in Sakai, namely "site.upd.site.mbrshp" and "site.upd.grp.mbrshp". However, Site Info tool continued to use site.upd as the overriding permission against the above two, tilll recently change in the link SAK-10907.
So for 2.5, roles without site.upd.site.mbrshp won't be able to remove/add participant to the site; roles without site.upd.grp.mbrshp won't be able to add groups and modify group participant. This argues for the role changes in the conversion script so as to those two new permissions to all the roles which already have the site.upd permission turned on.
