Event asn.read not logged for Student/access role

Event asn.read is not logged for Student/access role. Instructor/maintain role does log the asn.read event.

BaseAssignmentService on line 1515 still shows some event tracking that is commented out.

We're running 2.5.2, a query on an assignment's ref that just took place only showed these events:

asn.revise.assignment
asn.new.assignment

These were instructor actions. 16 students read and submit this assignment, so their read events should be showing up here as well.

2.5.0 QA has been completed. Unfortunately, there were not resources available to specifically test this issue. If you find this to still be a problem in the latest release (at this point 2.5.2), please reopen the JIRA and add the latest affects version.
