Some icons in Schedule are US-specific

Description

The icons for Quiz and Exam in Schedule are a 'Q' and an 'X. This only makes sense if the terms 'Quiz' and 'Exam' are used.

Possibly the Silk icons could be used as follows:
Exam: Star icon
Quiz: Page_white_text icon

In the Sakai 2.6.x release, this is easy to change at your local institution (see ). For the next release, I've changed the Exam icon to a green checkmark and the Quiz icon to a yellow star.

We received the following feedback from a US-based professor this week:

"I've been working with the calendar in Sakai, and I have one small
gripe. The icon for exams is awful – a red circle with an X
superimposed on it. It sends a very negative message. Could you send up
through the pipeline my suggestion that the icon be changed to something
like a box with a checkmark – and preferably in green or blue, or even
black, but not red? The current icon sends the message that exams are
all about finding out where a student is WRONG."
