The tool will offer a permissions table to manage who can create new Files and Folders
The idea is to provide a tool similar to Microsoft OneDrive but focused on Office 365 documents (Word, PowePoint and Excel) and Sakai Site-Microsoft Team syncrhonizations. This is how OneDrive manage the documents:
Development of an integration in the Sakai LMS for collaborative online editing of office documents on the Office365 platform. The integration will add to the Sakai platform the possibility of creating, editing, modifying and deleting office documents from the Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications on the corporate Office365 platform, managing links to Microsoft SharePoint documents and user access control. The development will add control panels to audit changes and versioning of documents.

5.3.5 Microsoft: Edición colaborativa de documentos
Desarrollo de una integración en el LMS Sakai de la edición online colaborativa de documentos ofimáticos en la plataforma Office365. La integración añadirá en la plataforma Sakai la posibilidad de crear, editar, modificar y eliminar documentos ofimáticos de las aplicaciones Word, Excel y PowerPoint en la plataforma Office365 corporativa, gestionando los enlaces a los documentos de Microsoft SharePoint y el control de acceso de los usuarios y grupos del LMS a cada documento. El desarrollo añadirá paneles de control para auditar los cambios y el versionado de documentos.
