Yes, I think might incorporate a fix for that. So better to test both pieces together (at least in the author screens)

Sakai does allow using the same QP under the "Random draw from QP" option and the question type "Copy from QP."
I have observed that the new option does not have the same behavior as "Random draw from QP" (using the same QP in multiple parts, potentially duplicating questions). This may be due to what was mentioned in my last comment, or this may be correct since the new option combines "Random draw from QP" and the question type "Copy from QP.

Hi.
Currently, the "Random draw from QP" option does not allow selecting the same question pool in different parts.
This feature breaks this restriction after selecting the new option "Fixed and Random draw from QP".
Test plan:
1- Edit part (Part-1)
2- Random draw from QP
3- Select Pool-1
4- Save
5- Add part (Part-2)
6- Random draw from QP
7- Select Pool-2
Pool-1 is not available.
8- Switch from Random draw from QP to Fixed and Random draw from QP and then back to Random draw from QP
Pool-1 is duplicated in the list in Part-1.
Pool-1 is available in Part-2 for use.
It seems that the selected QP in Fixed and Random draw from QP is duplicated in the list.

En la herramienta Tests & Quizzes (Exámenes) del LMS Sakai las baterías de preguntas permiten que cada usuario con rol de profesor tenga sus propias bibliotecas personales de preguntas disponibles para utilizar en exámenes de distintos sitios. Al incorporarlas en un examen existen las opciones de seleccionar desde una batería preguntas fijas o de seleccionar un número de preguntas aleatorias diferentes para cada alumno. El desarrollo deberá añadir una tercera opción consistente en poder seleccionar unas preguntas fijas y un número concreto de otras preguntas aleatorias de las preguntas no seleccionadas en esa batería y/o de otra batería distinta.
In the Tests & Quizzes tool of the Sakai LMS, question pools allow an instructur to have their own question pools for use on assessments from different sites.
When using them into an assessment there are 2 different options:
Questions authored one-by-one
Random draw from question pool
The development should add a third new option of being able to select fixed questions and a specific number of other random questions from the questions pools not selected in that question pool and/or from a different question pool.
