CLONE - Rename 'email template administration' so it fits on one line

Description

The Email Template tool is in the Admin Workspace but its title is too long. It spills over onto two lines and is the only admin tool to do so, so looks poor. Suggest it is renamed, perhaps 'Email Templates'.
