Description
After sumitting final grades and the gradebook becomes locked, it is no longer possible to export Grades and Structure from the Tools -> Export menu. It is still possible to export grades.
Elaborating on the above comment ... Since we modified the original spec, see 24-Jun-2011 11:04 comment in GRBK-824, this won't be re-introduced.

Since we don't have included, this is not an issue.

I think this just worked for me on dev. site PHY 009HC ddffb8f4-3b22-43dc-97b2-78defcde91e2. I got both a structure file and a grade file

The locking of menu's and the item tree for 'gradebook locking via adivsor' is identical with the gb2 permission that is 'not able to edit assignments' ... this may have to be adjusted
