Lframe category collapse should hold through page refresh

Description

it would be very nice if the category "collapses" on the Rframe (gradebook structure frame) held through refreshes.
like if you have a LONG gradebook and are adding items to a category and you only want to see the category you're working on. every time you add a new item the Lframe refreshes and everything displays, despite having been reduced before you added the item...so you have to reduce over&over&over&over.
