Printing the Gradebook

Description

Right now all you can do is screen print. We have had user requests to print the grade book.

For now we will do what GB1 does and produce a PDF document to be printed using itext.

This is not on the current UCD roadmap. The earliest release this could be included is v1.9.0, and it would have to be a community contribution.

We also have a request for this feature. Will it be in 1.8 release, or is there a timeline for future inclusion?

This won't make it into the 1.7.0 release.

Right now, I have a failing to update/push git repo that this lives in, so its a bit hard to get a diff, but if this gets picked up I can try to pull the diff out.
