exported, changed release status on items (when cats present, changed status there, too), imported (unchanged), examined structure for release status changes, modify spreadsheet to add item, imported (modified), examined structure for release status changes, imported scantron (and assigned to existing category in C and WC GB), examined structure for release status changes, imported scantron rescore and assigned to existing item, examined structure for release status changes

Unit tested NC combos, as well as SC combos, working on WC combos now.
Remedy 192541
For Cat/ Weighted Cat GBs, when importing files, if in any category some items are individually released, those items will be unreleased. This happens in any category, not just the one importing to. However, if all items are released, or if the category itself has Release scores checked, then the Import process does not unrelease the items. NOTE: If there is only one released item in a category, the import does not unrelease that item. However, I learned that when all of the items in a category (even if it just one item) are released, that automatically turns on the Release items function for the category. However (again), if a file is imported to any category that has Release items checked automatically or the items were all manually released one by one, that new imported item will not be released, so it has to be released manually.
There is no issue in No Cat GBs.
