Description
Allow students to see Xtra Credit scores in green (and the item text in green too, if possible) & see not Include in grade scores in gray (and the item text in gray too, if possible). Right now students see the Xtra Credit in item and score black and the not Include in grade item in black and the score in crossed out red. The not Include in grade is especially distressing to students because they see the grade in red and crossed out.
