Verify that issue of Category item % weight verification doesn't work for extra credit categories that have item(s) with "Include in grade" not checked. has been resolved.

The error warning in red text "This gradebook is not correctly weighted" no longer appears when one or more EC Item in an EC Category with "Include in grade" is/are not checked, and the other remaining "Included in grade" EC Items are correctly weighted to total 100%, QA Pass.

The above test result is against tag trunk-67574. This issue is fixed in r67604. So this needs to be retested once r67604 is on one of the test servers.
