verify tool tips are visible for a more extended time.
it appears now that they remain visible for as long as you keep your cursor over the tools' checkbox or data entry box. or at least to a count of one thousand 10+ for me...
move your cursor off and back on and it's immediately back. it's much better than previous.
works for me.
