Headings in spreadsheet, resized to make more columns appear, lose their sizing when setup changed for cats or items, while the data cells maintain their resized width.

Description

I resize the spreadsheet columns to get more on the screen, but I have noticed that the column headings don't stay resized when I change something in the gb setup, while the data cells do retain their resized widths. See attached screenshot.

This seems to have been resolved by the gxt upgrade.
