Thomas, plz take a look at this patch.... we've had some issues with trunk and it's referenced sakai versions b4 .... this patch reflects what is in the pom correctly, but we may want to change the pom reference instead

POM's refer to 1.3-SNAPSHOT for edu-services, for example.
kernel version has also been up'd to 1.4.0-SNAPSHOT and as a result some changes to the Mocks are necessary.
